2: FOCUS

We dig into the internal dynamics. Who’s affected? What’s in the way? What does success actually look like - and for whom?

3: DESIGN

Finally, we shift gears into solution mode. We work with you to shape clear, actionable paths forward, based on what we’ve surfaced together.
